Training & Placement
Nine screens, each built as three genuinely different directions rather than one mockup. Flip between them with the picker at the top of any screen, or press 123. Your choice is kept in the URL, so a link shares the exact variant you are looking at.
To gather feedback, open the review studio: assemble the screens you want to present, view each at mobile, tablet and desktop size, comment against a specific screen and device, and export the whole walkthrough as a single .prototype file that a colleague can import to see exactly what you saw.
1 of 9 directions chosen
Everyone
SSO against the university’s Entra and Google directories, and the moment the portal works out whether you are a student, a teacher, the TPO or a Dean.
Student
The offer letter goes in here: company details, the HR contact the TPO will email, dates, stipend, and the PDF itself.
TPO officer
Every live request, sorted by what is most stuck. The throughput screen — dozens of requests, one officer.
TPO officer
Offer letter beside the extracted details, the verification email thread, and advisory fraud flags a human rules on.
Subject teacher
Rule on each course outcome; the coverage percentage is computed from those rulings, weighted by contact hours. Never typed.

Dean
One request as a complete, trustworthy summary, and a decision that goes on the record with a name against it.
Everyone
The artefact the whole portal exists to produce. A4, print-correct, carrying its QR code and reference number.
Student
Where is it, who has it, how long has it been there. Including the fan-out: three of five teachers have responded.
Outside verifier
What a stranger sees after scanning the QR on a printed NOC. Valid, revoked or not found — and nothing sensitive.
Courses, course outcomes, the teaching allocation and the recruiter list are the university’s real records. Every student name, registration number, phone number and email address is synthetic. Nothing here is wired to a database yet, so refreshing a screen resets it.
