The offer of internship was independently confirmed with the said organisation by the Training & Placement Office on 15 May 2026, by HR email to campus@truestech.in. The scope of work was thereafter placed before the subject teachers of Semester V for syllabus mapping, course outcome by course outcome. Their mapping, weighted by course credits and detailed at Annexure ‘A’ to this certificate, places the syllabus coverage at 44.3% across 16 credits. Accordingly, and on the recommendation of the Head of the Department, the student is hereby granted exemption from sessional attendance requirements only, for the period of the internship. No credit is transferred against the Industrial Training / Internship requirement of the programme. This certificate is issued subject to the conditions enumerated at Annexure ‘A’, and shall remain valid up to 31 December 2026.

II. Conditions
- The student shall appear in person for all end-semester and practical examinations of Semester V as per the published date sheet. No relaxation is granted against examinations.
- A joining report countersigned by the industry supervisor shall be submitted to the Training & Placement Office within seven (07) days of joining.
- A monthly progress report, countersigned by the industry supervisor, shall be submitted to the faculty mentor on or before the 5th of each calendar month.
- On completion, an internship completion certificate and a bound internship report shall be submitted for evaluation. Credit, where granted, shall be released only upon such submission.
- Any change in role, reporting location, duration or organisation shall be intimated to the Training & Placement Office in writing within seven (07) days, and shall render this certificate liable to revision.
- This certificate is issued for the sole purpose of the internship named above and confers no employment relationship with SGT University.
