Subject: Offer of internship
Dear Priyadarshini, further to your interview held on 06 August 2026, we are pleased to offer you the position of Software Development Intern with PermitOps Technologies (India) Private Limited. This offer is made on the terms set out below and is subject to your acceptance on or before 22 August 2026.
1. Designation. You will join as a Software Development Intern reporting to Mr. Abhinav Sethi, Engineering Manager.
2. Term. Your internship will commence on 01 September 2026 and will run for a period of 24 weeks, unless extended by mutual written agreement.
3. Stipend. You will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand only) per month, payable on the seventh working day of the following month, subject to statutory deductions.
4. Place of work. This is a remote engagement. You will work from home and are required to be available on video calls between 10:00 and 19:00 IST. Attendance at the Gurugram office is not required.
5. Working hours. Five days a week, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week logged on the company time-tracking tool.
6. Confidentiality. You will execute the enclosed non-disclosure agreement prior to your first day and will not disclose any client information during or after the term of the internship.
7. Training deposit. A refundable training and equipment deposit of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) is payable by the intern before the commencement date. The deposit will be refunded in full along with the final month stipend upon satisfactory completion of the term.
8. Certificate. On satisfactory completion you will be issued an internship completion certificate and a letter of recommendation from your reporting manager.
9. Termination. Either party may terminate this engagement with seven days written notice. The company may terminate without notice for misconduct or breach of confidentiality.
